With over 19 years of design experience, Rayomand Pavri is a Digital Product & Innovation domain lead at Deloitte Digital, where he leads user interface and user experience design, design operations, and digital transformation projects for various industries and clients. He is passionate about creating accessible, engaging, and impactful digital solutions that solve complex problems and deliver value to users and businesses.

Rayomand is also a mentor, speaker, and award-winning designer, who is committed to helping professionals with learning disabilities, as he himself is dyslexic. He has received several accolades for his design work, including a bronze award at Creative Abby and a feature on App Design Served. He has also guided a group of design students to win the People's Choice Award at the UMO Design X Social Innovation Challenge. He is ranked as one of the top 1% of mentors globally by ADPList, where he shares his insights and expertise with aspiring and emerging designers.
